Terms of Service

1. Eligibility and accounts

• You must have legal capacity to accept these terms; if local law requires guardian consent, you must obtain it
• Provide accurate account information and protect access to your Google account and Cdance session
• You are responsible for activity performed through your account and must notify us promptly of suspected compromise
• We may limit duplicate, automated, fraudulent, or abusive accounts and promotional claims

2. Independent multi-model service

Cdance is an independent platform that connects to third-party generative models. The model shown in the editor is the model Cdance intends to request. Provider announcements do not mean a model is already integrated into Cdance.

• Cdance is not an official ByteDance, Seedance, WaveSpeed, Google, Kuaishou, or Alibaba site
• Third-party product and model names belong to their respective owners
• Available models, inputs, settings, speeds, and outputs can change

3. Credits, subscriptions, and payments

• The editor shows an estimated credit cost before generation; the selected model and settings determine actual usage
• Subscriptions renew on the selected monthly or annual billing schedule until canceled
• Subscription credits are granted on the applicable plan schedule and do not roll over after the relevant cycle
• Purchased top-up credits are valid for two years; promotional credits may carry a shorter stated expiry
• Plan changes, taxes, exchange rates, or payment-provider rules may affect the final charge shown at checkout
• Cancel before renewal to stop future charges; access continues through the paid period unless law or a refund requires otherwise

4. Failed generations and payment refunds

If submission fails or an upstream provider reports a generation as failed, Cdance's workflow returns the credits charged for that task when the failure is recorded. Credit returns are not cash refunds.

• Payment refund requests must meet the Refund Policy
• Generally, a request must arrive within three days and no credits from the relevant purchase or subscription may have been used
• Applicable mandatory consumer rights take priority over conflicting terms

5. Your inputs and generated content

• You keep any rights you already hold in prompts and uploaded assets
• You represent that you own or have all permissions needed for every input, including copyrights, trademarks, privacy, publicity, voice, and likeness rights
• We do not claim ownership of your generated output, but whether output is protectable or may be used commercially depends on applicable law and relevant provider terms
• You grant Cdance and its processors a limited license to host, transmit, transform, and process inputs and outputs only as needed to operate, secure, and support the service
• You are responsible for reviewing outputs before publishing or relying on them

6. Acceptable use

• Do not create or distribute illegal, exploitative, non-consensual intimate, fraudulent, harassing, or seriously harmful content
• Do not impersonate a person, create deceptive deepfakes, or misrepresent synthetic media where disclosure is required
• Do not infringe intellectual property, privacy, publicity, contractual, or other rights
• Do not bypass safeguards, probe vulnerabilities, interfere with the service, scrape accounts, resell access, or evade credit limits
• Follow the Safety and Copyright policies, which form part of these terms

7. Availability, changes, and enforcement

Generative services are probabilistic and depend on upstream providers. We do not guarantee a particular output, completion time, continuous availability, or that any model will remain available. We may change or discontinue features, prices, limits, or providers with reasonable notice where required.

• We may block a request, remove content, restrict features, or suspend an account to protect users, providers, rights holders, or the service
• Where practical, you may contact support to appeal an enforcement decision
• We may preserve records when required for security, disputes, or law enforcement

8. Disclaimers and liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted operation. Cdance is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss. Any liability that cannot legally be excluded remains limited only to the extent permitted by applicable law.

9. Changes, severability, and contact

We may update these terms. Material changes will be posted with a new revision date and, where required, additional notice. If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue. Questions can be sent to contact@cdanceai.com.
