Yes. You can upgrade, switch plans, or cancel from your account page. Your current access stays active until the end of the billing period.
You may request a payment refund within 3 days if no credits from that purchase or subscription have been used. Failed generation tasks are handled separately and return the task's generation credits automatically.
Subscription credits refresh on the applicable grant cycle and do not roll over. Purchased top-up credits are valid for two years. Promotional credits may have a shorter recorded expiry.
The selected model and settings determine output quality. Higher plans provide larger monthly credit pools and processing priority; they do not turn one model's output into another model's quality.
