Cdance combines third-party generative models with account and credit controls. Every user remains responsible for their prompts, uploaded assets, and generated content.
Prohibited uses
- Child sexual abuse or exploitative content
- Non-consensual intimate imagery or sexualized depictions
- Fraud, phishing, impersonation, or deceptive deepfakes
- Instructions or promotion of serious violence, self-harm, or illegal activity
- Attempts to bypass safeguards, steal service, or abuse free credits
Enforcement
We may block requests, remove content, limit features, preserve evidence required by law, or suspend accounts when we reasonably believe these rules or applicable law have been violated.
