• The exact Cdance URL or task evidence at issue
• A good-faith statement that the use is not authorized
• A statement that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized agent
• Your physical or electronic signature

Our review

We may request additional information, restrict access to the reported material while reviewing it, notify the affected account holder, and act in accordance with applicable law.

Counter-notices and repeat abuse

If content was removed in error, the affected user may contact us with evidence of authorization. Repeated infringement or fraudulent notices may result in account restrictions.
